PERSONAL APPROACH
My approach is relational and collaborative. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, which is grounded in respect and promotes growth and change. I also take a holistic view about the whole person and their experience of life. With the right help, the capacity to find strengths and solutions lies within every individual, even in the midst of distress.
I work principally from a psychodynamic perspective, whilst I am informed by, and integrate other approaches as appropriate.
