I have been a full-time, practising counsellor/psychotherapist in the Bury St. Edmunds and Suffolk area for the past 13 years. From private practice, and also 5 years employed in a GP surgery, I have very wide experience of emotional and mental health issues. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
